Cosmos: Payments & Refunds
Deposit and Final Payment
To reserve a Cosmos trip, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

| Trips that include a Norwegian Cruise Line Sailing | $250 per person | 110 days prior to departure |
| Trips that include a Holland America Cruise | $250 per person | 75 days prior to departure |
| Santa Cruz II, Galapagos Legend and Russia River Cruises | $250 per person | 90 days prior to departure |
| Camino A Walking Journey for the Soul tour | $250 per person | 90 days prior to departure |
| Trips that include Rocky Mountaineer or VIA Rail train | $250 per person | 65 days prior to departure |
| Iceland, Greece, Israel, Jordan, vacations on Cosmos Lite and all other Cosmos vacations to South America, Asia, South Pacific, and Africa, Escapes | $250 per person | 60 days prior to departure |
| All Other Cosmos Trips | $250 per person | 45 days prior to departure |
Trips with air arrangements may require an additional deposit.
Cosmos accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover/Novus or American Express.
If final payment is not received by the due date, Cosmos reserves the right to cancel the reservation and assess any cancellation fees that apply.
Cancellation and Refunds
Penalties may apply if you cancel or change your reservation. Penalties can be up to 100% of the amount paid, and deposits are often non-refundable. We recommend purchasing insurance to protect against covered unexpected events. Please check with your Vacations To Go travel counselor for cancellation and refund policies for Cosmos.
