G Adventures: Payments & Refunds
To reserve a G Adventures trip, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking as follows:

| Classic | $350 | 60 days prior to departure |
| Active | $350 | 60 days prior to departure |

| Marine | $350 | 60 days prior to departure |
| National Geographic Journeys | $350 | 60 days prior to departure |
| Rail | $350 | 60 days prior to departure |
| Expedition | $1,000 | 120 days prior to departure |
Certain products or services offered by the Tour Operator may require you to make full payment at the time of booking. If the booking is made 60 days or less prior to departure, full payment is due at the time of booking.
Special restrictions apply to all tours that include “The Inca Trail.” Please ask your Vacations To Go tour counselor for more information.
Penalties may apply if you cancel or change your reservation. Penalties can be up to 100% of the amount paid, and deposits are often non-refundable.
